First Trailblazer Luncheon
May 15, 2007

Almost 300 people attended at our first annual Trailblazer Luncheon at The Desmond Hotel and Conference Center on May 15, 2007.

At this luncheon, we honored the three outstanding Trailblazing Women of 2007 in recognition of their philanthropy: Teri Bordenave, President and CEO of Girls Incorporated of the Greater Capital Region; Charlotte Buchanan, Retired, McNamee, Lochner, Titus & Williams; and Jeanne Neff, Ph.D, President of The Sage Colleges.

  • St. Patrick's Home-Based Child Care Partnership
    Partners: Catholic Charities, SEFCU, and Capital District Child Care Council

  • Project Hope and Power
    Partners: Domestic Violence and Rape Crisis Services of Saratoga County and Soroptimists International of Saratoga County

  • Project S.S.A.F.E. (Self-Sufficiency and Financial Empowerment)
    Partners: Unity House, Literacy Volunteers of Rensselaer County and Capital Communications Federal Credit Union
