Honor a special woman in your life during the holidays or on other occasions with a donation to The Women’s Fund of the Capital Region.

Another way to donate is through a planned gift. Women in our nation have a strong history of leaving legacies that affect future generations. With a little planning now, the difference we can all make will be profound. The Women’s Philanthropy Institute suggests the following:

  1. Ask yourself: “What two or three things mean the most to me?”
  2. Then ask: “What values do I want to pass on to the next generation?”
  3. And lastly ask: “Who can help me pass those values down?”
