2009 Opportunities for Support
Our Mission
The Women’s Fund promotes the
independence, growth and self-determination
of women and girls
by supporting projects that move
women and girls toward financial
stability and independence.
Why Support The Women’s Fund?
- Join fellow community leaders to make
a difference in the lives of local women
and girls.
- Support for The Women’s Fund will
demonstrate your corporate citizenship
alongside other leaders in the public,
private, philanthropic, and volunteer
sectors of our community.
- Through the collective power of The
Women’s Fund supporters, we can make a
difference in the lives of women and girls.
Achievements
In two years, The Women’s Fund has awarded
$101,000 in grants to programs for women
and girls. More than 70 women from throughout
the community volunteer on Women’s
Fund committees.
Your Generosity Counts

the Fund detailed below. There are giving and
sponsorship opportunities to meet the needs
of all businesses and individuals.

The Women’s Fund has many sponsorship opportunities and ways
to recognize your generous support throughout the year.
Annual Trailblazers Luncheon
This is The Women’s Fund signature event

(President of The Sage Colleges).
The Trailblazers for 2008 were Sr. Constance Casey,
snjm (President and CEO, Academy of the Holy Names),
