Posting Needs for Volunteers

Are you from a non-profit agency serving women or girls that could use additional volunteers?

The goal of the Volunteer Committee of The Women’s Fund of the Capital Region is to identify and coordinate volunteer opportunities for Women’s Fund supporters to further the mission of the organization.

We want to explore ways we may enhance existing volunteer usage within non-profit agencies by augmenting the cadre of volunteers currently available to the human services provider community. We plan to post the information we receive on The Women’s Fund web site's Volunteer Opportunities page.

Would you like to have our friends and members learn about your volunteer opportunies, and the work of your non-profit agency? Then, please take a few moments to complete this Volunteer Posting. As you are thinking about your responses, we’d ask you to consider the full array of opportunities for volunteers to add value to the important work that you do, whether that be working directly with your clients, providing workshops and training, mentoring, research, advocacy or serving on your board of directors, to mention just a few of the possibilities. Please do not give us dated tasks or projects.
