2008 Trailblazer Award Nomination

The Women’s Fund of the Capital Region is inviting you to nominate a woman in the Capital Region for our annual Trailblazer Award. These women will be selected because of their philanthropic leadership, which inspires others to support efforts for women and girls. Each has demonstrated a long standing commitment to community initiatives and served as a role model for women and girls.

Criteria
Nominee must be active in one of the five Capital Region counties (Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady or Schoharie.)

Process
The deadline for submitting nominations is November 15, 2007. If we need additional information, we reserve the right to contact the nominator. Final decision of the award recipients will be decided by the Steering Committee of the Women’s Fund of the Capital Region in December. The award recipients will be notified and the date determined for the annual May awards luncheon.
